Update Items
Items need to be updated continuously to reflect the status. Buyers are always searching for items and if your listings have run out, they will not appear in search. It is therefore necessary to keep updating the quantity of items available, inactivating items that have run out or completely deleting an item that is permanently unavailable.
Active Listings
You can manage your items by going to my account and listings. Make sure that the quantity is updated all the time and reflects the stock that is present, so that you can always satisfy orders.
Change the price as and when it is necessary and do not forget to mark the item as sold if you no longer have it in stock. This prevents buyers from going ahead with the transaction.
You can promote listings here and update the listing including quantity and price.
Sold Listings
This is where all the listings which have run out of stock goes. If you do not update the quantity manually, as the products are sold the quantity goes down until there is zero quantity. The item is moved from active to sold. If you restock the item, you can update the listing to active and it will be available for buyers to purchase.
Discount Items
To increase sales and get rid of old stock, you can give discounts to buyers easily by managing your item. Go to manage in listings and mark the item as discounted. You can then set the new price or select the percentage discounts which can calculate the new price for you then update the listings. Discounted items will go to the discount section and buyers will quickly notice these items to grab the bargain.
